A down payment is required
- To secure your booking a down payment of IDR 250.000 or AUD 25.00 (1 AUD – 10.000 IDR) per person is required.
- Remaining payments for a specific tour, privacy inquiry or transport fee (if applicable) can be done on the same day of your e-bike cycling event in cash (IDR) or with Master or Visa Card (3% surcharge.
- After we receive a down payment notice we will get in contact with you via the provided email address for a final booking confirmation and will let you know your pick up time.
Please note:
If down payment is not received we unfortunately have to disregard your booking request.

Please visit our BOOK HERE page and follow the sequence;
- Select a Tour > select a date > select TOTAL then female, male & child participants > fill in personal informations > let us know your accomodation, area, room number or Villa name.
- Pay deposit > approve payment > follow PayPal instructions for payment.
- If you book for children please insert additional informations about their age and hight
in our YOUR MESSAGE column.
Cancellation Policy
- Our e-bike cycling tours are from Monday to Saturday.
- If it rains, we will provide rain coats.
- If you need to reschedule, cancel a person (s) or cancel the entire booking please let us know no later than 24-hours prior your scheduled pick up time
- We will refund your down payment if cancellation is made 24 hours prior the scheduled pick up time.
Please note:
If you miss the 24-hour mark NO refund will apply.
