SECTION I :
GENERAL
- Participants must be in good health, and able to operate, control and balance the equipment.
- Participants must comply with all traffic laws and ride with caution.
- Participants seek and follow instructions from the staff during the tour and in the safe operation of the equipment.
- Pregnant women participating in a bike tour it at your own risk.
SECTION II :
RELEASE
- By reading this form, I am acknowledging that I am physically and mentally able to ride a bicycle, that I am familiar with riding a bicycle and the risks involved with this activity.
- I expressly assume all risk of loss, damage or injury as a result of participating in usage, and/or riding, including the risk due to Bali Fat Bike Cycling negligence.
- I agree to fully release and discharge Bali Fat Bike Cycling for any damages, injuries or claims, as a result of malfunction of equipment, including but not limited to myself or any other person or property, as a result of my use of the bicycle.
- Bali Fat Bike Cycling is not liable for any damage that occurs to your clothing or any loss of or damage to personal property.
We also accept no liability for personal injury on our properties and during transport from and to your Hotel/Villa or any other requested drop of location. - I fully understand and agree to release Bali Fat Bike Cycling for its negligence in causing whole or in part any injury to me.
SECTION III:
REPRESENTATIONS, SIGNATURES AND MINORS
- Each Participant freely and voluntarily assumes the risks of using the equipment and/or participating in a tour.
- Each Participant acknowledges that he/she has executed this AGREEMENT FOR USE OF BICYCLE AND RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY in order to use the Equipment and/or participate in a tour.
- For each participant who is a minor, the adult participant signing on his/her behalf represents and warrants to
- Bali Fat Bike Cycling that he/she is the legal guardian of that minor and possesses full legal authority.
- The undersigner release Bali Fat Bike Cyceling on any responsibilities for that minor, any claims, lawsuits and covenant not to sue on that minor’s behalf.
SECTION IV:
HELMETS/SAFETY VEST
- Participants acknowledge that Bali Fat Bike Cycling suggests that all participants wear a helmet and
- a safety vest. Bali Fat Bike Cycling requires participants 12 years of age and under to wear a helmet.
- Helmets and safety vest are provided free to all participants.
SECTION V:
ALL PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO BALI FAT BIKE CYCELING’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Participants must be in good health, and able to operate, control and balance the equipment.
- Participants seek and follow instructions from the staff during the tour and in the safe operation of the equipment.
- Helmets & safety vest are suggested for all riders.
- The maximum riders weight not to exceed 110 kg.
- The minimum height is 145 cm.
- Pregnant women participating in a bike tour is at their own risk.
- Participants must comply with all traffic laws and ride with caution.
Payment :
- We do not require a down payment for individual bookings.
- Pay comfortably on the day of your tour in cash or with a Credit Card.
- We accept Maser and Visa credit cards (3% surcharge).
Cancellation Policy :
- You can cancel or make changes no later than 24 hours in advance of your booking.
- To reschedule your tour to a later time simply contact us.
- You’ll also have the opportunity to transfer your tour to someone else.
